Program fees for the internship in Spain: 395 € *. The price for non European Union applicants is 545€ *.
* Applications to start the program in May, June and July have a 50 € supplement.
And remember, we understand it is a difficult decision whether or not to participate in our program. That is the reason why YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING until you know the company where you will be doing your internship in Valencia.
Included:
- Enrolment fee and pre-departure assistance in arranging your application for your internship abroad in Spain.
- Support in any matters prior to your arrival, including any necessary visa procedure or Leonardo/Erasmus application.
- Selection of the collaborating company according to your needs.
- Orientation packs once you are here. Including tourist and city information, transportation and communications details, etc.
- Direct personal contact with every participant. Internship in Spain is the link between you and the company in order to solve doubts and problems as quickly as possible.
- Processing of the necessary agreements of the internship with the collaborating companies inside the legal framework of Spain.
- Help and support throughout your internship through our academic advisor.
- Your right preparation for your internship in Spain and monitoring of your development.
Not included:
- A minimum of 2 weeks Spanish intensive course in Valencia is required, 20 lessons per week. The cost of a 2-weeks course (40 lessons) is 300 €. You should have obtained an intermediate level of Spanish (High A2 or B1 level, like fluent in a normal conversation) at the end of your academic period. Xtra week price (20 lessons) is 150 €. If you do not know what is level B1, please check it here.
- Accommodation (optional) in host families with half board starts at 360 € for the first 2 weeks. Xtra week price is 170 €.
We offer also shared apartments with other participants, starting at 105 € for one week. - It is necessary for you to have a full health and liability insurance. We can provide one if necessary: for 25 €/four weeks. Xtra week: 7 €.
Tips:
If you are staying in Valencia for a longer period und you would like to save money, we recommend that you book accommodation with us for the first 4 weeks (host families or shared flat) and then look for a room in a shared student flat by yourself. It is not difficult to find a room in Valencia due to the great amount of students and student flats in this city. However, we strongly recommend not to book rooms on the internet and not to make any payments prior to your arrival, because you might have an unpleasant surprise. It is far more advisable to visit the flats and see you roommates before you decide.

Special discounts
If 3 students enrol together, they will be applied a discount of 10%. If 5 students enrol together, they will be applied a discount of 15%.
Notice:
- Internship in Spain or the selected company reserve the right to decide that a participant cannot yet start an internship due to a lack of language skills. In such a case the participant has to continue the intensive Spanish course for a few more weeks.
